- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I live in Garden City and have not had mail delivery since last Tuesday. We have a couple of packages sitting at the post office for delivery but they have not been open. What happened to neither rain or snow will stop delivery??? Can't even call them as they don't answer their phones when they are open. This is such BS. Well we received mail yesterday the 9th finally. I asked why we didn't get mail last Wed thru Sat & was told that our regular delivery person didn't want to walk in the snow, what a piss poor excuse, as far as I'm concerned she doesn't need this job & should be fired. Don't know if we'll get delivery today or not, won't surprise me if we don't.By Diane Tuderios, November 09, 2016
